Terms of Service
-By purchasing any of the artworks or items from me, you hereby agree with me to use my TOS against you if you break any of the terms stated below.GENERAL
-I have right to decline your request.
-Please provide a reference or a description with images upon request.
-I will send a draft within a week, length of completion will be depending on the complexity of the artwork, estimated time will be 2 weeks to a month.Please discuss with me if you have a deadline.
-you are entitled to three free revisions after the completion of the artwork.
-finished product will be send through email or google drive for transparent images.
-tampering,editing,copying,tracing of my commissioned pieces can only be done under my commissioner's request to do so but it MUST NOT induce harm (racism,hate speech,ect).PAYMENT
-Prices are subject to change depends on design complexity.
- Payment must be made in advance, through Paypal or TnG. (For other payment methods please feel free to discuss with me)
- I require 50% payment upfront before sketching phase. Remaining 50% payment to be paid after finalisation before colouring phase.
- Final files will be only delivered after the last payment is confirmed.REFUND
-I do not provide any refunds or partial refunds of payments and deposits. So if a client gives up in the middle of an order after the first payment is made and the order has started, the first payment will not be refunded.Emergency refunds can be discussed.COPYRIGHT
- For commercial use it's 50% of total price for the commissioned piece.
- I have the right to showcase the finished commissioned work on my social media and/or portfolio. Feel free to discuss with me if do not wish the work to be published.
- I own the copyright over the artwork so you have to credit me when the work is used. You may credit me using my Twitter tag: (@rathole4tenshi_)
-You will however still own the copyright over the original character design.-if you have any questions,please feel free to ask me <3
